FCC rules are meant to be broken more often than not by the people who want to make the rules

The FCC has been very clear about rules regarding calls to cell phones end texts and yet I have received dozens of calls and texts over the last 10 days.

Why is it that these politicians lack ethics and integrity even before their first day in office I just don't get it .
