ESPN and TMobile a threat to cable companies?

Yep you bet!


ESPN is considering going direct to consumers. I think they continue to offer their programming to cable companies but it will also be available as a stand-alone. For hardcore sports fans who keep cable because off ESPN, they now have an option.


In addition to TV programming, High-speed internet, the saving grace of Cable Companies, is also being challenged. In Q1 2023, T-Mobile adds 523,000 home internet customers. That is more than AT&T, Comcast, Charter, & Verizon combined.
